Janet Hirschman
Janet HirschmanAfter beginning a long career working as the administrative secretary for Senate Appropriations Research Staff, Janet Hirschman has held numerous other titles and has shown her skills to plan and organize work for expeditious completion while working under extensive pressure as she has been responsible for completing many tasks in a short time period.

Janet Hirschman spent 18 years serving the Missouri State Senate.  Starting out as a mail clerk, she was responsible for maintaining the Senators’ mailing lists, news media list, and postage records.  She had to prepare newsletters, booklets, programs and various forms used by the Senate before becoming a typesetter in which she laid out Senate newsletters for district mailing and handled other printed material.  Finally, she was the administrative secretary for Senate Appropriations Staff for the remaining 17 years.  Janet was responsible for organizing and maintaining competent central office files and handled technical typing for an office of seven which consisted largely of budgetary and statistical typing.

After providing organizational management service for many years, Janet became the office manager for Flotron and McIntosh and works to provide management services to several clients with large accounts of business while working to support the rest of the staff in whatever concerns they come across while working with the financial management of the business as well.  Since all of these tasks require an ability to meet schedule deadlines and control costs, Janet must work to maintain the quality of work under any circumstances and will work until the job is completed to the best degree.
