Work Ethic and Accountability

At Flotron & McIntosh, our partners strive to raise the bar on the work ethic and accountability of practitioners in our industry.  Many who purchase lobbying services do not know what to expect from their consultants or how to hold them accountable. Success is extremely difficult to measure and failure is easily concealed with double talk and excuses and consultants have a very wide range of ethical and performance standards.  At Flotron & McIntosh, we go to great lengths to communicate and educate our clients so that they may have realistic expectations. As an elected official, Franc Flotron was not only accountable to his constituents, but even more so, to his fellow elected officials in his leadership roles. As a high-level staff administrator, Richard McIntosh was also held firmly accountable for his policy advice to elected officials for over a decade. We take client accountability and communication very seriously. We are determined to treat our clients as we wish to be treated. We want to be seen not simply as a necessary cost, but as a true asset to their overall business. For this reason, we never lose sight of the return that our clients expect from their investment.
