Carmen Schulze’s in-depth knowledge of the state government bureaucracy is built on over 25 years of sitting in legislative appropriation hearings and policy development at the capitol and with state departments.  Expertise in navigating social services, health and mental health and health and senior services departments with a background in federal and state laws, regulations and policy that uniquely positions her to make a difference for others. 

Her passion for children and families exemplifies the same passion that drives her today as it has while serving as the longest tenured child welfare director in Missouri, representing private non-profit agencies at the federal and state association levels and as the vice president for a large Missouri non-profit in Missouri.  Her experience provides a unique lens of government and non-profit impact.
