After leaving college, Mike spent 10 years playing professional basketball all over Europe and South America. This experience brought much insight to how different people and cultures work and gave some insight in how to problem solve with a certain degree of intelligence in many different faucets. Before joining the Flotrton & McInotsh team, Mike has worked all over the US and Europe, building relationships in every possible realm of business. His main focus the past 5 years has been spent helping fortune 500 companies formulate ways to increase productivity and culture within their workforce by bringing innovate ideas and costless value adds to their current benefits program, along with co-founding what would become one of the largest medical consulting companies in the US.
